Job Summary

Overseeing a portfolio of customers, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will act as an advocate for clients to ensure they achieve business outcomes and maximize their utilization of ServiceNow products in a flexible or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage customer engagement and outcomes to foster product adoption and success
  • Ensure customers are technically healthy and utilizing the latest product versions
  • Collaborate with customers to develop new use cases and success stories while addressing any escalated issues
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of related work experience or equivalent
  • Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
  • Ability to run projects independently and creatively
  • Proven track record of analyzing and resolving complex issues
  • ServiceNow certifications are preferred
