Job Summary
Driving strategic customer outcomes, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will manage high-value customer relationships, ensuring retention and growth while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of strategic customer relationships and develop trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders
- Drive customer adoption and business value realization through successful platform utilization and strategic success plans
- Lead complex customer initiatives and coordinate resources across multiple internal teams to ensure successful outcomes
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or related SaaS roles
- Proven success managing enterprise customer relationships with executive stakeholders
- Strong understanding of B2B go-to-market strategies and revenue operations
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills to leverage data for decision-making and customer outcomes
