Job Summary

As a full-time Senior Customer Success Manager, the candidate will serve as a trusted advisor for enterprise clients, managing onboarding, engagement, and expansion of cancer benefit strategies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients, leading onboarding and ensuring successful program launches
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to clients' benefits goals and needs, while driving enrollment and engagement
  • Build long-term relationships with senior HR and benefits executives, proactively managing client issues and identifying upsell opportunities
Required qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience in customer success or strategic account management within health tech or employee benefits
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise-level accounts and developing strategic account plans that drive measurable outcomes
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for efficiency in client management and service delivery
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret program data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing demands across a large portfolio
