Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of customer relationships, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will ensure satisfaction and long-term value by driving strategic engagement and expanding platform usage in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the organization's strategy and tactical execution, aligning customer conversations with cybersecurity objectives
- Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on the SecurityScorecard platform and cybersecurity risk
- Identify opportunities to increase customer value through platform adoption and expanded engagement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years in account management, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity or third-party risk management practices
- Proven ability to develop and expand relationships with customer stakeholders, including executives
- Technical aptitude to quickly grasp platform capabilities from the customer's perspective
