Job Summary
As a strategic partner to key customers, the full-time remote Senior Customer Success Manager will manage complex customer relationships, drive retention and adoption, and contribute to the development of best practices in customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Manage a portfolio of strategic customer accounts, focusing on adoption, satisfaction, retention, and renewal readiness
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to improve customer outcomes and resolve complex escalations
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing SaaS role
- Experience managing strategic, enterprise, or complex customer relationships
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription renewals, and customer retention strategies
- Ability to conduct Executive Business Reviews and engage with executive-level stakeholders
- Experience mentoring or coaching peers within a customer success context
