Job Summary

Leading Enterprise and Mid-Market customers throughout their journey, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will drive adoption, expansion, and retention while collaborating cross-functionally in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships to increase product adoption and drive value
  • Collaborate with Services, Support, Product, and Sales teams to enhance customer experience
  • Ensure customer retention through proactive engagement and problem-solving
Required qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in a Customer Success Manager role with Enterprise & Mid-Market customers
  • Proven experience in the life sciences industry
  • Bachelor's degree
  • eQMS experience is highly valued
  • Knowledge of QA or software validation preferred
