Job Summary
Leading Enterprise and Mid-Market customers throughout their journey, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will drive adoption, expansion, and retention while collaborating cross-functionally in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships to increase product adoption and drive value
- Collaborate with Services, Support, Product, and Sales teams to enhance customer experience
- Ensure customer retention through proactive engagement and problem-solving
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in a Customer Success Manager role with Enterprise & Mid-Market customers
- Proven experience in the life sciences industry
- Bachelor's degree
- eQMS experience is highly valued
- Knowledge of QA or software validation preferred
