Job Summary

Seeking a results-oriented Senior Customer Success Manager to work remotely in a full-time capacity, responsible for building strong customer relationships, driving the adoption of Redis solutions, and ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for assigned customers, fostering trust and understanding their business goals
  • Drive the adoption of Redis Enterprise by identifying use cases that align with customer objectives and delivering regular business reviews
  • Develop tailored success plans and coordinate training sessions to help customers achieve their desired outcomes with Redis solutions
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or cloud technologies
  • Strong understanding of cloud services, data platforms, or related technologies, with familiarity in Redis or NoSQL databases as a plus
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Experience with CRM platforms and customer success tools is advantageous
