Job Summary

Owning a portfolio of 750 small to enterprise accounts, the full-time remote Senior Customer Success Manager will build deep relationships with key stakeholders, drive product adoption, and protect revenue through proactive engagement and retention strategies.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary strategic partner for assigned accounts, developing trusted relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Lead structured save efforts for at-risk accounts and own the full renewal cycle to minimize churn and identify expansion opportunities
  • Develop tailored adoption plans and align customer goals with PreVeil capabilities to drive meaningful platform usage and outcomes
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of work experience with 4+ years as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS environment
  • Experience in Cybersecurity or Defense Industry-focused SaaS is strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of managing small to enterprise accounts and driving product adoption
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.6
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar customer success tools is required
