Job Summary
The full-time remote Senior Customer Success Manager will own end-to-end onboarding, develop custom playbooks, and ensure customer value realization while supporting the company's growth targets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead new brand implementations from kickoff through full activation, ensuring seamless integration and training
- Build and refine onboarding and success playbooks tailored to brand use cases
- Proactively monitor brand health and adoption, addressing underutilization and customer issues
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years in agency account management, customer success, or implementation roles
- Experience in eCommerce, DTC brands, or marketing technology strongly preferred
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, or similar martech
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, such as startups or agencies
- Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
