Job Summary

The full-time remote Senior Customer Success Manager will own end-to-end onboarding, develop custom playbooks, and ensure customer value realization while supporting the company's growth targets.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead new brand implementations from kickoff through full activation, ensuring seamless integration and training
  • Build and refine onboarding and success playbooks tailored to brand use cases
  • Proactively monitor brand health and adoption, addressing underutilization and customer issues
Required qualifications
  • 3-6 years in agency account management, customer success, or implementation roles
  • Experience in eCommerce, DTC brands, or marketing technology strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, or similar martech
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, such as startups or agencies
  • Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
