Key responsibilities

  • Conduct impactful business reviews with C-suite executives, aligning products with their growth and ROI
  • Collaborate with Product and Leadership to resolve complex client issues and maintain updated Salesforce records
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of SaaS account management experience with a focus on corporate accounts
  • Strong executive presence with excellent presentation skills
  • Proven track record of strategic problem solving and client retention
  • Experience managing renewals and driving revenue growth with external clients
