Managing a portfolio of 25-35 corporate accounts, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will serve as a strategic advisor, ensuring client adoption of the platform, protecting revenue, and driving growth in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize data to prioritize high-value clients and safeguard recurring revenue
- Conduct impactful business reviews with C-suite executives, aligning products with their growth and ROI
- Collaborate with Product and Leadership to resolve complex client issues and maintain updated Salesforce records
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of SaaS account management experience with a focus on corporate accounts
- Strong executive presence with excellent presentation skills
- Proven track record of strategic problem solving and client retention
- Experience managing renewals and driving revenue growth with external clients
