Job Summary
Owning a portfolio of accounts, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will drive customer adoption, manage renewals, and implement growth strategies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Prevent risk and drive growth through early engagement and effective customer success strategies
- Achieve financial and strategic revenue targets while maintaining a rolling forecast of the territory
- Conduct regular business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with their objectives
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success, preferably within SaaS
- Proven track record in quota-carrying roles and successful deal negotiation
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience supporting adoption across organizations as a change agent
- Strong contract negotiation skills with a history of timely contract completions
