Job Summary
Partnering with 8-10 Enterprise customers, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will drive engineering transformation through implementation, program success, and renewal processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Become a product expert and master the customer success process
- Own the full customer lifecycle, from implementation to driving program success and managing renewals
- Effectively coordinate and lead the internal team to support each customer's needs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success management, technical account management, or account management in the Enterprise space
- Ability to quickly learn and communicate technical topics and products
- Proven track record of performing consistently at a high level
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills across all management levels
- Excellent people management skills, with the ability to influence and achieve results through others
