Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of 25-35 corporate accounts, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager I will serve as the primary strategic advisor for multi-location restaurant brands, focusing on client adoption of the platform, revenue growth, and relationship management in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize data to prioritize high-value clients and protect recurring revenue
- Conduct impactful business reviews with C-suite executives to align Toast's products with their growth and ROI
- Identify opportunities to introduce new features that address client business challenges while ensuring client satisfaction
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in SaaS account management with a focus on a corporate book of business
- Strong executive presence with excellent presentation skills
- Proven strategic problem-solving abilities with a focus on creative business solutions
- Experience in managing renewals and driving expansion goals with external clients
