Job Summary

Managing a mid-market portfolio of accounts, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will drive customer engagement, retention, and growth remotely by serving as a trusted advisor and collaborating with internal teams to optimize customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
  • Manage subscription renewals and identify churn risks while implementing strategies for customer growth
  • Collaborate with sales and customer experience teams to develop scalable engagement strategies and upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or technical pre-sales in a SaaS or high-tech environment
  • Proven ability to map customer business processes to product capabilities and execute customer-centric strategies
  • Experience managing multiple account engagements and handling escalations effectively
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools
  • Bachelor's degree required
