Job Summary
Focused on driving customer satisfaction and growth, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will build and sustain strong relationships with clients, act as a trusted technical advisor, and ensure customers maximize their investment in Everfox products while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage customer relationships and act as the primary contact for ongoing operations
- Create and deliver tailored Customer Success Plans to align with customer goals and ensure effective onboarding
- Facilitate regular health checks and service reviews to assess customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for increased value
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in a technical customer support role, such as Technical Account Manager or Professional Services Engineer
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and customer success best practices
- Proven track record of driving high customer satisfaction
- Graduate-level qualification in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Retention Rate and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
