Job Summary
Owning a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market customers across North America, the remote Senior Customer Success Manager will drive customer health, retention, and adoption of identity verification solutions while proactively identifying risks and ensuring measurable value realization.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the health of a portfolio of accounts, tracking customer signals and developing action plans to mitigate churn risk
- Prepare and lead regular business reviews to reinforce value and support renewal and expansion opportunities
- Build multi-threaded relationships across customer organizations, including executive stakeholders and technical teams
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of Customer Success experience within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven experience managing enterprise accounts with $500K+ ARR
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect customer health to revenue retention and expansion
- High level of data fluency, utilizing metrics to drive action and outcomes
- Experience conducting executive-level business reviews focused on outcomes and strategic decision-making
