Job Summary
Managing a mid-market portfolio of accounts, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering comprehensive engagement, overseeing subscription renewals, and driving customer retention and growth in a fully remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Manage the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, identifying churn risks and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and promote product adoption
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or technical pre-sales in a SaaS or high-tech environment
- Proven ability to develop and execute customer-centric strategies to maximize technology value
- Experience managing multiple account engagements and handling escalations effectively
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools
