Job Summary

Serving as a trusted technical advisor, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will build and sustain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and growth while working in a hybrid role based in Herndon, VA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain long-term customer relationships and act as the primary contact for ongoing operations
  • Create and deliver tailored Customer Success Plans to align with customer goals and maximize their investment value
  • Facilitate health checks and service reviews to assess customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for increased product value
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in a technical customer support role, such as Technical Account Manager or Professional Services Engineer
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and customer success best practices
  • Proven track record of driving high customer satisfaction
  • Graduate-level qualification in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in analyzing data to inform actionable strategies and improve customer engagement
