Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of SMB and mid-market clients, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will oversee customer relationships, drive platform adoption, and identify growth opportunities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage client accounts through all stages of the customer lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and success
  • Provide education and training on the admin platform, promoting best practices and regular check-ins
  • Collaborate with sales to identify upsell opportunities and communicate customer feedback to product teams
Required qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in customer success or account management in SaaS or benefits sectors
  • Direct experience in the benefits space
  • Proven track record in managing and growing SMB and/or mid-market accounts
  • Ability to analyze data and influence decision-making based on business insights
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders at various levels
