Job Summary

Driving the post-sales journey for clients of the Identity Validation platform, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will build success plans, foster multi-level relationships, and lead implementations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and execute success plans to improve account health and drive measurable value
  • Establish trusted relationships with clients to enhance engagement and loyalty
  • Lead implementations and monitor product usage to ensure timely value realization
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years in a customer success role with proven success in driving net revenue retention and portfolio growth
  • Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments with strong data analysis skills
  • Detail-oriented with solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, self-starter mentality with a partnership-driven approach
  • Bonus: Experience in fraud/identity or within a fast-growing SaaS company
