Job Summary
Managing customer engagements for Federal clients, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will lead onboarding, implementation, and adoption efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and deliver value remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Drive business success planning by aligning with customers and internal teams on requirements and goals
- Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs within the organization
- Collaborate with Technical Support and Customer Engineering teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Public Sector roles such as Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or related fields
- Relevant domain knowledge in areas like Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, or regulatory compliance
- Proven ability to take ownership of customer portfolios and make autonomous decisions to drive outcomes
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in building new processes or practices
- Strong commitment to personal and professional development
