Job Summary

Overseeing a portfolio of customers, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will act as an advocate to help clients achieve business outcomes and maximize their use of ServiceNow products in a flexible or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage customer engagement and outcomes to ensure technical health and product adoption
  • Leverage and develop Success Plays to assist customers in creating new use cases and success stories
  • Coordinate with other ServiceNow teams to resolve customer issues and oversee identified projects
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of related work experience or equivalent
  • Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
  • Proven ability to run projects independently and creatively
  • Strong analytical skills for resolving complex issues
  • ServiceNow certifications are preferred
