Job Summary
Owning a portfolio of accounts, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will drive customer adoption and renewal strategies, engage with key stakeholders, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer value and achieve financial targets in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prevent risk and drive growth through early customer engagement and value delivery
- Conduct regular business reviews to ensure customer alignment with primary objectives and product adoption
- Collaborate with internal resources to develop growth and risk mitigation strategies for key accounts
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success, preferably in SaaS
- Proven track record in quota-carrying roles and meeting key performance indicators
- Experience in deal negotiation cycles with a consultative approach
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong contract negotiation skills and ability to drive contracts to completion
