Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of medium to large Duck Creek OnDemand and OnPrem accounts, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will act as the primary contact and trusted advisor for customers, ensuring their success and driving product adoption in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with customers and system integration partners, focusing on their business goals and strategic priorities
- Track customer renewals and upsell opportunities, facilitating governance meetings and preparing success plans
- Act as the main contact for customer issues, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions and customer satisfaction
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 6 years of functional and technical experience with SaaS platforms
- Proven track record in managing customer relationships and driving software adoption
- Experience in sales expansion and customer success best practices
- Strong operational skills with the ability to analyze data and improve processes
