Job Summary

Managing enterprise customer relationships, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will ensure clients achieve peak efficiency using AI SOC analysts, drive value realization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and track "Value Milestones" for enterprise customers, focusing on time savings and alert-fatigue reduction
  • Execute quarterly business reviews and health assessments to maintain a Net Retention Rate of 110% or higher
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for customer security leaders, aligning Prophet AI's capabilities with their cybersecurity strategies
Required qualifications
  • Expert-level knowledge of Cybersecurity Operations and Customer Success Metrics
  • Working knowledge of Security Tooling Ecosystems and Automation in Security
  • Familiarity with API-led integrations and Cloud Infrastructure
  • Proven experience in cross-functional project leadership and empathetic leadership
  • Strong strategic thinking abilities to identify market trends and customer behavior
