Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end customer relationship, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will drive customer adoption, engagement, and satisfaction for leading brands and media organizations in a fully remote role.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the customer lifecycle, focusing on adoption, product engagement, and satisfaction
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers and alliance/channel partners to maximize value and drive growth
- Conduct consultations, demos, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to educate clients on product features and ensure they leverage solutions effectively
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in B2B SaaS customer success or account management
- Prior experience in media, advertising, or media intelligence industries is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce; familiarity with Jira, Gong, and Pendo is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in communications, advertising, business, information technology, or related field preferred
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with a strong commitment to customer success and satisfaction
