Job Summary

Leading one of the largest enterprise accounts, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will design scalable adoption strategies, drive customer engagement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and lead a high-value enterprise account, focusing on adoption, renewal success, and long-term growth
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships across multiple business units and agencies
  • Design and execute scalable onboarding and training programs tailored for enterprise clients
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Implementation within SaaS or creative technology
  • Proven track record of improving adoption, retention, and satisfaction across enterprise clients
  • Experience managing programs across large brands with multiple sub-brands or business units
  • Strong data literacy with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Familiarity with advertising, marketing technology, or generative AI is preferred
