Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster connections with key stakeholders and guide customers in attaining their business goals
  • Champion innovation and early adoption of platform features
  • Identify suitable projects for guided Services and serve as a bridge between the customer and the Services team
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, JSON, HTTP Requests, and various authentication methods
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Martech, Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua, and marketing automation
  • Experience with large-scale implementation of complex solution environments and understanding of diverse event marketing processes
