Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure post-sale and post-implementation success of customer's investment in solutions and services
  • Monitor usage, adoption, and performance metrics to identify potential areas of risk and opportunities
  • Maintain strategic relationship with customers and serve as an escalation point for customer issues
Required Qualifications:
  • Understanding of Software as a Service (SAAS) Customer Success Management role
  • Experience dealing with large, complex customer accounts including senior level
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up
