Job Summary

- Assist customers in driving user adoption and change management within their organization
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience in customer success, management consulting, and/or value selling
- Understanding of key Financial Services and technology trends
- Experience working with C-Level executives and managing multiple agendas and stakeholders
- Ability to understand complex scenarios and provide recommendations
- Preferably, experience working in roles with a strong technology component
