Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with a portfolio of customers to define success and drive adoption and value
  • Assist customers in driving user adoption and change management within their organization
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' experience in customer success, management consulting, and/or value selling
  • Understanding of key Financial Services and technology trends
  • Experience working with C-Level executives and managing multiple agendas and stakeholders
  • Ability to understand complex scenarios and provide recommendations
  • Preferably, experience working in roles with a strong technology component
