Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive product adoption, deliver business value, and cultivate customer relationships
  • Manage renewals, account management, adoption, and expansion sales
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, provide reporting and analytics, and identify cross-selling opportunities
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years of customer success, account management, or sales experience in SaaS or similar industry
  • 2+ years in a customer service-oriented role
  • Experience with Sales and Marketing technology such as Salesforce
  • Broad knowledge and experience in Sales and Marketing processes and systems
