Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute engagement strategies with customers, monitor usage, and identify adoption risks and opportunities
  • Develop strong customer relationships, serve as a trusted advisor, and provide product knowledge and expertise
  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams, coordinate with Account Management, and maintain product knowledge
Required Qualifications:
  • B.A. or B.S. degree in finance, technology, engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a CSM or Technical Account Manager in a SaaS organization
  • Proven experience in a B2B SaaS environment delivering against operational metrics
  • Experience managing a portfolio of customers and driving adoption through use case elicitation and roadmap execution
  • Preferred qualifications include IT Finance and/or Technology experience, technical implementation experience, and software industry knowledge
