Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute engagement strategies with customers, monitor usage, and identify adoption risks and opportunities
- Develop strong customer relationships, serve as a trusted advisor, and provide product knowledge and expertise
- Collaborate with Customer Success teams, coordinate with Account Management, and maintain product knowledge
Required Qualifications:
- B.A. or B.S. degree in finance, technology, engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a CSM or Technical Account Manager in a SaaS organization
- Proven experience in a B2B SaaS environment delivering against operational metrics
- Experience managing a portfolio of customers and driving adoption through use case elicitation and roadmap execution
- Preferred qualifications include IT Finance and/or Technology experience, technical implementation experience, and software industry knowledge
