Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer relationships, drive product adoption and satisfaction
  • Develop security testing programs for customers and identify upsell opportunities
  • Program manage account escalations and conduct Executive Business Reviews

Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in SaaS and cybersecurity
  • Experience engaging with C Level Executives and owning customer renewals
  • Ability to collaborate with sales for customer growth, work across time zones, and use Salesforce
  • Capacity to prepare and deliver Executive Business Reviews
  • Drive, adaptability, and eagerness to excel in a fast-paced environment
