Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager, Fondue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships and brand loyalty with customers, providing advisory support and ensuring growth aligns with targets
- Develop and implement playbooks for customer support, expansion, and churn mitigation
- Maintain expert-level understanding of the product and e-commerce landscape
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of customer management experience in SaaS marketing or ecommerce technology
- 1+ years of sales experience, including Account Management, preferred
- Experience with technical products and a data-driven mindset
- Strong understanding of e-commerce businesses and marketing trends
- Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage experience preferred
