Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager, Fondue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships and brand loyalty with customers, providing advisory support and ensuring growth aligns with targets
  • Develop and implement playbooks for customer support, expansion, and churn mitigation
  • Maintain expert-level understanding of the product and e-commerce landscape

Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of customer management experience in SaaS marketing or ecommerce technology
  • 1+ years of sales experience, including Account Management, preferred
  • Experience with technical products and a data-driven mindset
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce businesses and marketing trends
  • Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage experience preferred
