Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of customer engagement and account management experience in SaaS or enterprise software/Cybersecurity industry
  • Experience working with large enterprise clients
  • Ability to manage complex projects and conflicting requirements
  • Enthusiastic approach to connecting with customers and ensuring value realization
  • University degree or equivalent experience
