- Own and administer the Customer Success tech stack, ensuring data integrity and workflow automation
- Design and execute complex cross-functional systems projects, balancing technical requirements with customer experience
- Build and maintain reporting infrastructure for real-time visibility into retention and team performance to drive operational decisions
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related field at a SaaS company
- Proven track record of owning and improving CRM systems with impact on data quality and workflow efficiency
- Experience leading cross-functional planning cycles with measurable outcomes
- Proficiency in SQL and/or BI tools for data analysis and reporting
- Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM administration
