Job Summary
Serving as a strategic advisor to a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers, the full-time Senior Customer Success Partner will guide clients in achieving their influencer marketing goals through CreatorIQ's platform, fostering long-term adoption and success in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead value realization conversations and align on long-term success goals with enterprise customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through consistent communication and strategic engagements
- Drive platform adoption by analyzing customer engagement data and facilitating successful onboarding and education
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a strategic customer-facing role, preferably in influencer marketing
- Experience managing and supporting Fortune 500 brands with a strong understanding of enterprise-level needs
- Proven success in managing business KPIs and customer advocacy metrics
- Highly organized and proactive, capable of managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts
- Proficient in Salesforce, GSuite, Zoom, Slack, and tools like Notion or Jira
