Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Success Representative to provide high-level support to healthcare providers and manage key customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, surgical centers, and distributors
  • Oversee key customer accounts, ensuring proactive engagement and personalized support
  • Address and resolve complex customer concerns, coordinating with various teams as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or similar work experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in customer service, sales support, or account management in the medical device or healthcare industry
  • Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems; IFS experience preferred
  • Basic accounting knowledge to support invoicing and payment reconciliation
