Key Responsibilities
- Host training sessions and maintain training materials for customer onboarding

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or customer support, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., GUIDEcx, Totango, Salesforce) is a plus
- Comfort with video conferencing and screen-sharing tools
- Passion for helping customers succeed and learning about the platform
