Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Retention & Success Specialist - Customer Lifecycle Marketing (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute retention, adoption, and success lifecycle programs as defined by Customer Marketing strategy
  • Deliver onboarding and renewal-adjacent communications in partnership with Marketing Automation and Content teams
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Automation Lead to operationalize lifecycle journeys and ensure smooth handoff between strategy and execution
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or customer communications
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver multi-touch lifecycle programs with operational discipline
  • Comfort working within automated systems and collaborating with automation specialists
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and execute reliably under time pressure
  • Organized and execution-oriented with a customer-first mindset
