Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Senior Customer Success Supervisor, this role will manage client onboarding, drive customer retention strategies, and identify upselling opportunities while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process and collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful implementation
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, conducting regular check-ins to understand clients' needs
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention rates and proactively address potential issues
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of logistics and the ability to communicate the value of solutions effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
  • Global engagement and management experience preferred, with the ability to navigate time zone differences
  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree or be a current UPS employee with three years of UPS experience
