Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Senior Customer Success Supervisor, this role will manage client onboarding, drive customer retention strategies, and identify upselling opportunities while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the onboarding process and collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful implementation
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, conducting regular check-ins to understand clients' needs
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention rates and proactively address potential issues
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of logistics and the ability to communicate the value of solutions effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
- Global engagement and management experience preferred, with the ability to navigate time zone differences
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree or be a current UPS employee with three years of UPS experience
