Job Summary
To enhance customer satisfaction and drive retention, the full-time Senior Customer Success Supervisor will cultivate strong client relationships, manage onboarding processes, and implement retention strategies in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the onboarding process and collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful implementation
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders while conducting regular check-ins to assess client needs
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and identify upselling opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of logistics and effective communication of solution value
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
- Global engagement and management experience with the ability to navigate cultural nuances
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree or three years of UPS experience for current employees
