Job Summary

To enhance customer satisfaction and drive retention, the full-time Senior Customer Success Supervisor will cultivate strong client relationships, manage onboarding processes, and implement retention strategies in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process and collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful implementation
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders while conducting regular check-ins to assess client needs
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and identify upselling opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of logistics and effective communication of solution value
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
  • Global engagement and management experience with the ability to navigate cultural nuances
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree or three years of UPS experience for current employees
