Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Support Advocate to join their Customer Support Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide immediate support to customers via live-chat, email, ticketing, social media, and phone
- Utilize the Internal Support Portal to address user concerns efficiently
- Represent the voice of the customer to influence product development and enhance member experience
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in product/customer support across multiple channels
- 1+ years of experience in a B2B/B2C SaaS environment
- Ability to adapt to schedule changes, including weekend coverage
- Experience with customer support tools such as Intercom and Zendesk
- Fluency in English
