Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Support Advocate to join their Customer Support Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide immediate support to customers via live-chat, email, ticketing, social media, and phone
  • Utilize the Internal Support Portal to address user concerns efficiently
  • Represent the voice of the customer to influence product development and enhance member experience


Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in product/customer support across multiple channels
  • 1+ years of experience in a B2B/B2C SaaS environment
  • Ability to adapt to schedule changes, including weekend coverage
  • Experience with customer support tools such as Intercom and Zendesk
  • Fluency in English
