Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Customer Support Analyst to monitor network stability and manage customer-related events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively monitor the performance of network devices and manage ticketing events
  • Communicate with impacted customers and provide status updates until resolution
  • Identify trends in disruptions and collaborate with internal resources for permanent fixes
Required Qualifications
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in a customer service or support desk role
  • Experience with routers, switches, and network troubleshooting is a plus
  • Network-related certifications such as Network +, A+, or CCENT are a plus
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
  • Experience in a dynamic, customer service-oriented team environment
