Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Customer Support Analyst to monitor network stability and manage customer-related events.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor the performance of network devices and manage ticketing events
- Communicate with impacted customers and provide status updates until resolution
- Identify trends in disruptions and collaborate with internal resources for permanent fixes
Required Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a customer service or support desk role
- Experience with routers, switches, and network troubleshooting is a plus
- Network-related certifications such as Network +, A+, or CCENT are a plus
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
- Experience in a dynamic, customer service-oriented team environment
