Job Summary
To support a commitment to enhancing health and human services, the full-time remote Senior Customer Support Assistant will provide knowledgeable responses to client inquiries, manage account histories, and collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Provide knowledgeable responses to basic client questions and escalate complex cases as needed
- Update account history and follow up with clients to ensure their inquiries are resolved
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve customer service processes and meet production targets
Required qualifications
- 2 or more years of customer service experience in any industry
- Knowledge of basic help desk software, computer software, and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving skills to effectively resolve client inquiries
- Ability to understand team dynamics and identify appropriate stakeholders for issue resolution
