Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Customer Support Assistant will provide knowledgeable responses to client inquiries, elevate complex cases, and collaborate with team members while working remotely from the contiguous US.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide knowledgeable responses to basic client questions and escalate complex cases as needed
  • Resolve client problems, update account history, and follow up to ensure inquiries are addressed
  • Collaborate with team members and management to enhance customer service processes and meet production targets
Required qualifications
  • 2 or more years of customer service experience in any industry
  • Knowledge of basic help desk software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills to effectively resolve inquiries
  • Emphasis on professional written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to identify and consult the correct stakeholders for client inquiries
