Job Summary

Serving as a subject matter expert, the full-time Senior Customer Support Coordinator will manage complex customer issues, ensure timely resolution, and support service execution while working onsite in Naperville, Illinois.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer support issues, ensuring effective resolution and communication
  • Coordinate customer inquiries, order issues, returns, and service requests with urgency and accuracy
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and identify process improvement opportunities
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer support or related roles, with prior experience in escalations preferred
  • Strong knowledge of customer support processes and service recovery practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with CRM or order management systems preferred
