Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the post-sales customer lifecycle from installation and onboarding through upgrades
  • Provide customer support, including diagnosing and debugging customer problems
  • Build relationships with customers to understand their desired business outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in customer support or related field
  • Proficiency in Docker, GitHub or GitLab, SQL, and Postgres
  • Experience with Linux command line and shell scripting
  • Knowledge of Python, REST APIs, and JSON processing
  • Familiarity with networking concepts such as NetBox, DCIM, and IPAM
