Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train with the customer support and engineering team to understand Fleet and its documentation
  • Deploy Fleet independently to gain insight into the customer experience
  • Assist the customer success team by addressing support issues and engaging with customers in Slack channels
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience supporting Windows, Linux, or MacOS devices and MDM solutions
  • IT background with experience in device management solutions
  • Strong understanding of macOS, Windows, and Linux core services
  • Familiarity with SQLite, shell scripting, Python, and Powershell is a plus
  • Experience resolving complex technical issues for enterprise customers
