Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a high-performance Level 1 support team
- Document and improve technical support processes while adhering to Service Level Agreements
- Build and maintain dashboards for metrics tracking and manage customer relationships
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 5+ years of experience leading a support or customer success team
- 8+ years of experience in a customer or application support role
- Experience with ActiveBatch, RunMyJobs, or similar products
- Advanced knowledge of Windows/Unix and database engines (SQL/Oracle)
- Basic knowledge of Networking and API & Services
