Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a high-performance Level 1 support team
  • Document and improve technical support processes while adhering to Service Level Agreements
  • Build and maintain dashboards for metrics tracking and manage customer relationships

Required Qualifications and Experience
  • 5+ years of experience leading a support or customer success team
  • 8+ years of experience in a customer or application support role
  • Experience with ActiveBatch, RunMyJobs, or similar products
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows/Unix and database engines (SQL/Oracle)
  • Basic knowledge of Networking and API & Services
